wir möchten euch auf die Entstehung des "Internationalistischen

Zentrums" ("IZ") auf der Riesaer Strasse 32 / Heidestrasse 1 in Dresden /

Pieschen aufmerksam machen. Wir, die Gruppen AusserKontrolle [1] und

DRESDENpostkolonial [2], haben uns zusammengetan, um gemeinsam das "IZ"

zu gestalten, sehen dieses jedoch als ein offenes Projekt an. Wir freuen

uns auf euer Interesse, eure Anregungen und Ideen und laden ein das "IZ"

mitzzugestalten!

UM ZU ERFAHREN WAS SICH HINTER SO EINEM ZENTRUM FÜR INTERNATIONALISMUS

VERBIRGT, KÖNNT IHR HIER EINEN AUSZUG AUS UNSEREM STANDPUNKTPAPIER LESEN

ODER UNSERE HOMEPAGE BESUCHEN : WWW.IZ-DRESDEN.ORG [3]

Wir werden in Dresden einen Ort schaffen, der den "glokalen" (global und

lokal) Austausch fördern kann. Es soll ein Raum für emanzipatorische

Ideen und radikale Kritik entstehen: Eine Einladung, Perspektiven zu

wechseln und so zu ermöglichen, Mechanismen verschiedener

Herrschaftsformen zu verstehen und konkrete Gegenstrategien in Theorie

und Praxis zu entwickeln. Es ist notwendig, aus den Geschichten der

verschiedenen Internationalismen zu lernen und sie kritisch zu

beleuchten. Die Angebote u.a. aus Rojava / Syrisch-Kurdistan

(demokratischer Konförderalismus) [4] und Chiapas (Zapatismus) [5]

müssen dafür aufgenommen, kritisch geprüft und gegebenenfalls als

Orientierung sichtbar gemacht werden. Wir wollen gemeinsam überlegen,

wie wir Solidarität leben und ausweiten können und gleichzeitig

unterschiedliche gesellschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen reflektieren. Ohne

eine stetige und langfristige Kommunikation miteinander kann das nicht

funktionieren - diesen Austausch über Grenzen hinweg wollen wir fördern

und praktisch nutzen. Dazu gehört u.a. das Aufzeigen und Sichtbarmachen

von Perspektiven und sozialen Kämpfen weltweit. Vorträge, Diskussionen,

Filme, Radiosendungen, Theaterstücke und Stadtrundgänge sind einige der

Möglichkeiten. Wir wollen mit dem "Internationalistischen Zentrum" eine

Relaisstation schaffen, die den globalen Dissens auf lokale Verhältnisse

übersetzen kann ohne dabei gleichzusetzen. Delegationsreisen in alle

Richtungen sind hier ebenso denkbar und wünschenswert, wie die konkrete

Organisierung im Viertel und mit Geflüchteten. Auch hier gibt es bereits

einige Ideen wie dies praktisch umgesetzt werden könnte.

Das "Internationalistische Zentrum" soll gleichermassen ein Arbeits- und

Treffpunkt sein. Ab Dezember 2015 sind wir offiziell ein Teil des

selbstorganisierten Wohn- und Kulturprojekts "Zentralwerk". Auf ca. 55

m² haben wir dann Platz für Treffen und Selbstorganisierung. Ausserdem

können wir nach Absprache einen grossen Veranstaltungssaal und die

entstehende Kiez-Bar nutzen. Ein zweiter, etwa 200 m² grosser Raum,

könnte unsere Möglichkeiten und die Struktur des "Internationalistischen

Zentrums" noch erweitern. Das "Internationalistische Zentrum" ist unser

Ausgangspunkt für die Veränderung der politischen Kultur in Dresden. Es

muss als Teil einer mittel- bis langfristigen Strategie verstanden

werden, um kämpferische Positionen zu entwickeln. Es ist noch vieles

offen, aber ein erster Schritt wurde getan.

Wir haben uns bewusst gegen die Förderung durch Stiftungen entschieden.

Wir wollen der Parteienpolitik, auch parteinahe Stiftungen gehören für

uns dazu, eine klare Absage erteilen. Wir wollen uns nicht von diesen

Strukturen abhängig machen. Wir setzen stattdessen auf eure Solidarität

und wollen uns eigene und solidarische Netzwerke schaffen, mit denen wir

unsere angestrebten Projekte und Ideen finanzieren können. Wenn ihr das

unterstützenswert findet, könnt ihr gern einen monatlichen Dauerauftrag

einrichten. Über die Höhe des Betrages entscheidet ihr. Jeder Betrag

freut und hilft uns. Solltet ihr uns durch Übersetzungsarbeit, in

ideeller oder anderweitiger Form unterstützen wollen, dann meldet euch

bei uns einfach per Mail.

DEAR FRIENDS AND COMRADES,

we would like to draw attention to formation of the "Internationalist

Center" ("IC") at Riesaer Strasse 32 / Heidestrasse 1 in Dresden /

Pieschen.

The groups AusserKontrolle (out of controll) and DRESDENpostkolonial

(Dresden postcolonial) put together to shape the "IC". Even though we

don't see the "IC" as a closed project. We look forward for your

suggestions and ideas and invite you to join and shape the "IC".

TO FIND OUT WHAT'S BEHIND SUCH A CENTER FOR INTERNATIONALISM YOU FIND AN

We will create a place in Dresden for promoting even that exchange. That

should be a place for emancipatory ideas and radical critique: An

invitation to change perspectives and that way to understand mechanisms

of various forms of domination and to develop concrete strategies

against these in theory and practice. It is necessary to learn from the

history of the various internationalisms and to look at them critically.

The proposals (among others) from Rojava (democratic confederalism) [7]

or Chiapas (Zapatistas) [8] must be critically looked at and possibly

visualized as a guide. We want to discuss together about how we can live

and extend solidarity and at the same time reflect different social

conditions. Without a steady and long-term communication that cannot

work -this exchange across borders, we want to promote and use

practically. This includes, among other ideas, identifying and

visualizing of perspectives and social struggles worldwide. And some of

our possibilities are lectures, discussions, films, broadcasts, theater

plays or city-tours. We want to create the "Internationalist Center" as

a relay station, where global dissent can be translated to local

conditions without treating as equivalent. Delegations in all directions

are also conceivable and desirable as the concrete organization in the

district and with refugees. And there are already some ideas how this

could be put in practice.

The "Internationalist Center" should be a place for working and for

meeting at the same time. Since December 2015 we are officially apart of

the self-organized housing and cultural project "Zentralwerk" at Riesaer

Strasse 32 / Heidestrasse 1 in Dresden. We have about 55 m² space for

meetings and self-organization. In addition we can use a large event

hall as well as the neighborhood bar that is coming into being. A second

room of about 200 m² could capabilities and the structure of the

"Internationalist center". The "Internationalist center" is our starting

point for changing the political culture . It must be understood as a

part of a medium- to long-term strategy to develop combative positions.

There is still much to do but we did a first step.

TO REALIZE THE IDEA WE NEED YOU SUPPORT!

We have deliberately decided against funding by foundations. We want to

give party politics a clear rejection (and political foundations are in

our eyes a part of party politics). We do not want to become dependent

on these structures. Instead we rely on your solidarity and we want to

create own and solidarity networks, that can help to finance our

projects and ideas. If you want to support our work, you are welcome to

setup a monthly banker's order. Decide yourself about the amount of your
