We - Kontaktgruppe Asyl e.V. - are looking for people who like to support us in translating during asylum counseling as well as helping us to provide our facebook posts in some more languages.

At asylum counseling you help us, the counselors, to communicate with the refugees. It would be great if you are able to communicate in German but English is also fine. At the moment our asylum consultation takes place every Monday form 5-7 p.m. and Fridays from 4-6 p.m. It would already be a great help for us if you could join one or two of these dates per month.

For our Facebook-Postings we would like to offer some more languages. Therefore we need people translating our posts writen in English and German into other languages. It would be great if you are used to work with facebook, so you could do the translations and insertions on your own. But we could also exchange texts by e-mail and we insert your text on Facebook by ourselves. To improve the quality of our Englisch writings we also would be happy to find native speakers who are willing to correct our texts or even do the translations from the German templates.

Languages we are especially looking for (asylum counseling and facebook): Arabic, Farsi/Persian, Urdo, Tigrinian, Russian, French.
